4th Mirror Productions formed in San Francisco in December 2010. Justin Michael Dietzel, Heather Dayah Shaw, Daniel Korth, and J.K. Musser gathered together to read Stephen Belber's play Tape aloud. Before leaving the room, all four agreed to begin rehearsing the play in January.
By mid-February 2011, The Dark Room Theatre had been booked. Tape was our first production.
One year later, 4th Mirror now operates on the east coast, with a brand new set-up in Brooklyn, New York. The company owns and operates its own video equipment; the Canon t3i with 4 Canon lenses, and two Canon Super8mm cameras, the Zoom Model 518 and Model 8-3, with accessories.
The company is busy crafting a mission statement and searching for our first board of directors.
All emphasis is being placed on becoming incorporated as a non-profit organization by mid 2014.

Sick Day was shot in mid-April 2012, in an apartment in Brooklyn, New York, and it's currently in post-production.

In early August of 2011, 4th Mirror Productions captured its first short film project, NOOB 2, filmed entirely on location in Lakeview, Michigan. The story is a sequel to INTERNET 5, shot in Chicago (2007). NOOB 2 features two more members of 4th Mirror Productions: Linnae Caurdy (AD - Tape), and Skye Worthington-Bunn (SM - Tape).
NOOB 2 is currently in post-production and is expected to be ready for downloadable release - summer of 2012.

April 2011, 4th Mirror opened TAPE. It ran for three weekends at the Dark Room Theatre in San Francisco.
